Your money is held in trust by Trustees Executors Superannuation Limited (a subsidiary of Trustees Executors Limited, New Zealand's oldest trustee company).** Trustees Executors Limited supervises over $29 billion of investors' assets. We report regularly to both the Trustee and the Government Actuary.

To make the right investments we like to know more about the companies we invest in and the people that manage them. When analysing companies, we make sure we understand the business model - whether it is socially responsible and how competitive and sustainable it is.

Socially responsible Investment

We are proud to be one of the first New Zealand signatories to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI). As a socially responsible investor, we favour companies that are environmentally responsible, support workplace diversity and increase product safety and quality. We do not invest in companies directly involved in gambling, alcohol, tobacco, arms or anything which directly infringes on human rights. In today's rapidly changing global economy, we believe companies that proactively manage environmental, social and corporate governance issues will be best positioned to outperform over the long-term. Our KiwiSaver track record speaks for itself.
The Huljich KiwiSaver Funds have been ranked 1st for annual performance in the year to 31 March 2009 by Morningstar. Even without compensation provided (as more fully explained in the Prospectus), the Manager has calculated the Huljich KiwiSaver Funds would still have retained their overall first ranking for that year in the Morningstar unit price tables (based on average rankings across their three categories). Past performance is not an indication of future performance.
